200hr Yoga Teacher, Wellbeing Business owner
I would love to see you at one of my current zoom classes or workshops. I completed my 200hr YTT training with Sally Parkes Yoga School and also a 20hr in Yin Yoga whilst also running my Wellness & Nutrition business for the last 8 years. I am really interested in Yoga for calming the nervous system and am continuing to grow my training this year in Breathwork, Yoga for women's health and addictions . If you are looking for a gentle yoga class to start a wellbeing journey- I would love to work with you.

Gentle Yoga Classes with a focus on De-Stressing and Calming the Nervous system- perfect for beginners/all abilities- 60 minutes.
Summer Series starting July 1st 2024.
Schedule: 6 Week Term.
Mondays 7.30pm- 8.30pm IN PERSON at Grace Hill Studios (Loft Studio), Folkestone 19a Grace Hill, CT20 1HA. £12 drop in/ 6 week course £54. July 1st- Aug 5th.
Thursday 09.30am-10.30am ONLINE ZOOM.
£10 drop in/ 6 week course £54. July 4th-Aug 8th.
